HEARTy Omelet

One of the healthy breakfast that I prepare once in a while is the omelet. We eat it with rice at home. I consider it healthy because I put fresh veggies (tomatoes, red or green bell pepper, and scallions) in it.
Opppps sorry, the sauce got a little messy, my little helper poured so much sauce and I had to scrape some of it off lol.
So there you go our our HERTy omelet, enjoy it because its free.

always remember,

a little bit of this and a little dash of that makes a sumptuous life!

The eggs are a lovely here, the fresh ingredients adding color, crunch and nutrition. And it is folded over so well! I used to work hard in the perfectly shaped egg, but have settled on making a slightly less attractive (but no less tasty) egg scramble. Beautifully styled!

Thanks for the yummy post. God bless you all always.
