It's not really a lechon Kawali hehehe, I just called it that way because when my husband asked me what kind of menu is it, the first thing that came to my mind is "Lechon Kawali" miss ko na kasi lol. But seriously, even if I just pan fried this with onion, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste, hubby liked it a lot!
He is getting tired of my adobo and other menus kasi so I tried cooking the pork that way and voile, he liked it.
