Lumpia

We were so busy yesterday that I really did not have much time to blog (I managed to visit all the participants to Nostalgia though, thanks to all who participated). I planned to update my blogs and adgitize on night time but when we arrived from the Carnival (10:30), our internet was acting up. Hubby tried to fix it which took him until 12 but nothing happened. So I just went to sleep. Sorry guys if I am ranting here, I was just disappointed last night.

But anyhow, back to my post today. I made some lumpia last week because hubby was missing it already.

I did not fry them all, I freeze more than half of it so that when he craves again, I'll just pull it out in the freezer and fry it.
Whenever I make lumpia, my tester is our son EJ. He love lumpia so much! John could eat like 4-5 lumpia in one eating hehehe.

Look how he enjoy eating it..
This post is so late and I blame it to our internet connection and to Blogger who is acting up lol. I couldn't upload photos this morning.

Just remember....

and a little dash of that
makes a sumptuous life...

Hindi po lumpiang toge yan Kuya Dennis, it's a ground pork mixed with veggies.

Mukhang hindi ito lumpiang shanghai dahil malaki. Malamang ito ay lumpiang togue at gulay, lol. Mahilig pala si John at EJ sa lumpia. Natikman na ba nila yung lumpiang ubod? I think that is the best tasting lumpia of all. Thanks for the yummy post. God bless you all always.
