Pork Chop and Green Beans

This is what I prepared for dinner tonight, pork chop and green beans adobo. Hubby love the pork chop but he didn't say anything about the sitaw lol. Usually he loves the green beans adobo though.

I made this extra crunchy, I don't like green beans when it is over cooked.

Just remember....

that a little bit of this
and a little dash of that
makes a sumptuous life...

I love adobong sitaw, too. But here, we use sitaw and not baguio beans. I usually partner it with crunchy lechon kawali.

I love pork chops but it's bad for me. Too many cholesterol which is bad for my body having high blood pressure. The adobong string beans would be delightful though. Thanks for the yummy post. God bless you all always.

Hubby will love that! I don't eat pork so whenever he's here, I cooked just for him! Happy Sunday!

I am not a big fan of the porkchops as I find it a bit matigas, but the green beans, I love, especially kapag fresh pa talaga - so sweet! Pareho tayo, I don't like overcooked green beans, too. I love the crunch!

My Yummy Sunday food is now served HERE.
