My husband is still puzzled to what caused the leak in our roof. He inspected it to see if the gutter is clogged or blocked with something but it is clear. The other day when the rain poured so hard, it leaked at our front door again. We previously filed a claim for this to our home insurance but since we have a deductible of 1000, it would come out to be our sole obligation so we just cancelled.
Wish we could afford an insurance with no deductible so that they could take care problems like this.That's part of the reason why hubby want to buy a newer house and sell this one because we have been encountering some problems and he is getting tired of dealing with it. Oh boy, if only we can do it soon.

We had a huge hailstorm last year which broke a lot of the tiles on our roof. Our excess was only €350and they paid everything else with out a quibble. Diane
