Gluten-Free Breadcrumbs

I wanted to try the breadcrumbs that Glutino has so I ordered one pack of it.  U have exactly un mind what I want to use this for that's why I got one.  I like  cooking  chicken liver once in a while but  my kids and husband is not fond of it.  I usually just incorporate it into a dish like adobo but this time, I wanted to  make it in a different  way.
Here's what you need:
  • 1 pck of chicken livers 
  • 1 cup  of  Glutino breadcrumbs
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp  ground cayenne
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup cooking oil

 
Procedure:
  • Mix  all the spices and  rub it  in the chicken liver


  •  Heat the oil in a pan.  Dip each liver  in the egg and then coat it with the bread crump before frying it.



  •  Make sure that the pan is not too hot so it won't burn it.  I kind of burned it a little bit but it was still good.
 You can make a  tomato salsa with  soy sauce or just eat  it with fresh tomatoes.  You can also make  a dipping sauce with  thai pepper on it, it's yummy.,
This kind of dish is best serve with rice but that's just me.  Hubby even liked the  liver that is cooked this way.
