Spices 365/267

Our neighbor who gave me indoor plants also gave this rack of spices to my daughter.  I recon that the spices are already expired so we took them out, cleaned the jars, and Ms. Burrito  put her bead collection in it.

September 26, 2011:

  • While my husband hasn't left to go to school yet, I took advantage of going down to the basement and work out.  I burned  300 calories in 32 minutes.  Twenty minutes  was spent in running 17 5.0 speed while the rest was spent walking at a 3.0 speed.  I forgot to  bring  water  so I was so thirsty and had to stop.  I hope that I could continue with my work out routine once again.
  • In ten minutes,my son and I will do the  letters F-J and numbers 11-15.

Have a good day everyone!

I don't think the spices are already expired but it depends on how they gave them to Rylie since the rack and the bottles are all beautiful. They may have given them to her as playthings and as such, the spices are considered expired. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.
