Beef Stroganoff

I tried making beef stroganoff using the sauce mix that I bought.  I modify the   recipe a little bit.  Instead of using sour cream, I used  cream of mushroom because I also added some fresh chopped mushroom.  I chopped a little bit of mint and  sprinkled cayenne on top.  It was delicious.

Skewered Shrimp

I tried something new with shrimp and mushroom just to see if it will turn alright. I stuffed the mushroom with cream of mushroom and top it off with the headless shrimp. I baked it for 15 minutes and sprinkle cheese afterwards, it was actually delicious. Below is the photo of the unbaked version, unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo of the baked ones lol.
I made two dishes of the shrimp because my daughter love skewered shrimp. I also added some zucchini from both ends.

  • The son of our neighbor is coming here today to  measure  things for the new AC installation.  He came and found out that there is a rest button to our old AC.  He said that the old  ones has this reset button  that automatically shuts off when the unit  gets so hot.  He said that it could still hold up  for a year but if we prefer to have a new one installed, he would do it.  Oh that was a relief because it will give us time to save for the new AC.

Yummy Breakfast

Hubby love hotdog wrapped with bacon but Ms. Burrito doesn't. So I made her a rolled egg with just fresh lettuce and a little bit of cheese inside it.  This was  our yummy breakfast a couple of days ago.
On the other note, Ms. Burrito love the fruit  and yogurt parfait at Mc Donald's.  Below  is a caramel apple parfait, a creamy low-fat vanilla yogurt topped with diced apples and drizzled with caramel.
