Pot Roast with Lemon Grass#A-Spice-A-Day#52

Have you every prepared a roast using lemon grass as a spice. I tried it and loved it since. From where I came from, we uses lemon grass in many food that we coked especially the roasted chicken. It makes the meat so tasty and smells so good!  On the other hand, I  wanted to try this pork shoulder  cut, it was okay but my lovelies still prefers  beef when it comes to roast so that would be the last time I use pork.  I just thought of trying it because it was on sale at the store.

  • Miss Burrito attended her piano lessons.  
  • Did laundry today and also cleaned the house since we are going to be out tomorrow.
  • After a disappointing  tax return, I don't  feel like blogging.  I can't find any inspiration.
