Sizzling Beef

My husband was craving for some beef menu last night but I am tired of making caldereta so I tried a new menu of my own. I have a pack of beef stew meat and a pack of mushroom. I took them out, boil the beef in a beef cube and water. Then when the water dried out and the meat started to show a little fat in it, I threw in some sliced onions, steak spice, and sautéed the mushroom in it. I also cut up two big hot peppers and mixed it all up there. The outcome... Sizzling beef!
My husband loved it and I do too. I am not really fond of caldereta so I kinda tired of preparing it for him. The sizzling beef is awesome.

If you want to try it, it is so good. The finale is to top it off with scallions, yummy!

Have a safe and fun weekend everyone.
Just remember....

that a little bit of this
and a little dash of that
makes a sumptuous life...

It's so amazing whenever we try something new and it turns out very good. I am not much of a beef eater, but your dish is quite easy to do, we just might try it out (we sometimes don't know what else to do with beef aside from nilaga and caldereta).

My Food Trip Friday dish is now served HERE. Happy food tripping!
