Stuffed Pepper for Pap

Pap's sweet pepper in his garden are getting ripe so I decided to picked them and ask my Mom if we could stuff them. Mommy agreed so she removed the seeds out while my brother and I prepare the sausage and stuff. I added two eggs in the Italian sausage and bread crumbs. I started mixing it and then later on my brother helped me.

Of course Mommy has to take photos so that we would remember this when we grow up.

Then after we stuffed the pepper (with Mommy's help), we put it in the container and freeze it so that Pap can just bake it whenever he is in the mood for that kind of dish. Hope you like it Pap as it is made of love. Please watch the video that my Mom took while I was mixing the sausage with other ingredients.

The green pepper in your FIL's house is vastly different from the green bell pepper. They look more like giant chili pepper (pang sigang). I have tasted stuffed green bell pepper before but never stuff chili pepper. Wonder how it taste? Rylie seems to know what she was doing with no assistance from you. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.

ang laki ng green pepper dyan sis....i love to try this, kaya lang baka maanghang yung andito sa pinas. but it really look sumptuous naiiba sya sa palette..

I admire how you keep your family bonded...ang saya nyong tignan...I love to visit blogs na may mga post ng happy family...it gives hope to others that marriage is a bliss if both the couple will work on it = the end result - happy family and happy kids.
