Tuna Patties

I made some tuna patties a couple of weeks ago because my husband has been craving for it . I found this simple recipe at cooks.com shared by CM. I als made some battered hot peppers.

1 egg
1 can chunk tuna (6 1/2 to 7 oz.)
1 tbsp. tuna liquid
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
Fat for frying

Combine egg, tuna, tuna liquid, mustard, and half the bread crumbs. Mix well, shape into four patties. Roll in rest of crumbs.

Heat fat for frying. Cook tuna patties over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes until browned on one side. Turn gently and cook several minutes longer until browned on other side.

A neighbor gave me a huge tomato a couple of weeks ago and I saved the seeds of it. I put the seeds in a table napkin but when it dried, I noticed a heart shape in it. What do you think?

Just remember....

that a little bit of this
and a little dash of that
makes a sumptuous life...

Masarap nga siguro yung tuna patties, parang tuna hamburgers. Hindi ko pa nasubukan yan. Ang ginagawa ko ay tuna omelet. I normally eat tuna in the can as is. Thanks for the yummy post. God bless you all always.
