Kubota or Rice Cake

I am guessing that rice cake is kubota in Chinese or Japanese?  I am not sure but one thing that I am sure of is that this kubota  tastes so good.   It's a little pricey but I always buy  a pack or two every time we go to the oriental store in Pittsburgh.
It is very sticky and there is a sweet filling inside.  I  always nuke it in the microwave fr about 8 seconds and it's perfectly delicious!

Just remember....

that a little bit of this
and a little dash of that
makes a sumptuous life...

I have never had rice cake before mommy and I don't know how it taste like. I am sure it's good, but I sure would like to try some. Maybe next time we go to an Asian store I will look for one. :)
