On Freezing Food - P365 # 180

Do you freeze cook food? I do especially if it's the kind of food that it's hard to find over here in the States. Take for instance the laing, when somebody sends me dried taro leaves, I cooked it in one setting and freeze it. I packed them into separate amount so that when I want to eat some, I can just get one and warmed it up and voila, instant.  Below is the laing that I cooked.
July 1, 2011:

  • Praise God,  it's the first day of the month and my migraine went away!
  • I am doing laundry right now and hubby is doing his homework.  I gave the kids some  assignments  and they are doing it right now at their desk.
  • When we are all done, we are planning to go out  at Tomlinson Run for some nature trekking.
Have a nice weekend!

That is a very practical idea to prolong the life of your food. But by freezing the food does it affect the taste of the food? Praise the Lord that your migraine attack is over. I hope it leaves you permanently and just go to the moon, hehehe. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.
