Milkfish #Daing Na Bangus #A-Spice-A-Day #21

I bought a pack of Daing na Bangus or Milkfish at an Asian store  a couple of weeks ago.  I am the only one that eat this kind of fish here at home.  One pack  has four of this baby milkfish.  Before frying it, I marinated it in  orange juice, shallots, rosemary, and black and  pepper.  It was delicious, too bad my lovelies does not like it.

  • The kids are off from school as the  Hancock County Schools  announced the closing due to severe weather.  I am so glad because both my son and I have cold.  I think that the rabbits are giving us allergies but I could be wrong.  
  • Despite the  cold that my son has, he  still  went to his gymnastic class.
  • I made  wild rice, grilled chicken, and steamed broccoli for dinner.
