Coconut Juice

We found some coconut juice at Dollar Tree so we bought a dozen.  Not as good as the fresh ones that comes from the baby coconut but  it's a good alternative.  Azul means blue, we spel that in tagalog as Asul.

  • We went to church  and  visited my FIL afterwards.   I made some lumpia and toron and we ate it with Dad.
  • I dug out  all of my irises that the dogs has destroyed and replanted them on the other side.

I love coconut juice, and, of course, fresh is best, but the cans with pulp are pretty darn good too....

I agree; that can be a good alternative. I'm glad that I can easily find the fresh one here.
