Turon Filipino Snack

Turon (banana spring roll) is a favorite Filipino snack made with banana rolled in pastry wrap. I grow up eating this dessert as my Mom used to make us this at home.  I usually add  jackfruit  inside before I wrap it, it adds more flavor and sweetness to the banana.
It is very easy to make, all you have to do is  fry it after you  roll it in pastry wrap.

I am craving right now! I love turon so much. Whenever there are "saba" in the nearby market, I really buy the whole stash and make lots of turon with lots of jackfruit inside too. I love my turon with oozing jackfruit and mildly caramelized. Yum!
