LongSiLog

In the Philippines, we have a meal combo called LongSiLog short term for Longganisa (Filipino sausage), Sinangag (fried rice), and Itlog (egg).  My husband likes this  Filipino sausage so whenever we find some in the Asian store, we always buys like  6 packs of them.

Yumminess!!!!! :) My daughter and I had that for lunch 2 days ago and she reprimanded me big time for cooking meat during Lenten season. My bad! I totally forgot that we're not supposed to eat meat during Wed - Fri. It's our tradition when observing Lent.

I can't wait to eat Longanisa again after the Lenten season. Siguro after we come back from our vacation. Meanwhile, I will just google at your food pic :)

when I was still eating pork, I usually eat longanisa with egg and fried rice. It's just the usual pinoy breakfast.

those are my kids' favorite. i'm not much of a longganisa person but i love sunny side up eggs. so i'll just go with the 'silog'.
