Holiday Fruit Kebabs #A-Spice-A-Day #8

My son took this home from their classroom Christmas party.  One Mom prepared this as a treat for the first graders.  A holiday fruit kebabs which is very easy to make using a toothpick.  It has green grapes, sliced banana, strawberry, and  marshmallow at the end.  This kind of  treat should be eaten right away or else the banana will get the discoloration.

  • I was dreading the  walk going to school today.  The school advisory said that the school will be on two hour delay today but at  7 am, the school  cancelled it so I am thankful  that we won't have to walk.
  • We just got done eating breakfast.  Now, I am thinking of what to cook for lunch and dinner, any suggestion?

It is an easy treat and at the same time healthy (minus the marshmallows.. hehehe).. you can always sprinkle lemon juice on the banana to stop the discoloration and actually adds flavor to the fruit.
