Fat Burning Foods

Here's a good article that I found browsing the net. It is about the fat burning foods that helps you burn fat. According to the source online the following foods can really increase your metabolism and results to burning fats.

1. Cayenne Pepper
2. Ginger
3. Cinnamon
4. Apples and Berries
5. Citrus Fruits
6. Soybeans
7. Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs)
8. Garlic
9. Seaweed
10. Green Tea

Okay, I love cayenne pepper, I uses ginger in cooking, and we love apples and berries.  Citrus fruits are always  present in our table, I don't like garlic but I use it when I cook  since hubby loves it.  My kids love seaweed and for green tea, I am not sure if the regular tea counts because we all love tea!

Take note ladies, this might help you lose those unwanted flab in some part of your bod.  Maybe that's one reason why I am not fat, ahem!  Well, I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings okay, I just want to express my opinion about this matter.  What is your take on this?

I found a fat burning cook book the other day and wrote an article about fat burning foods. We got to eat, but why get fat, right?

Yes, your list of food that can burn unwanted fats is accurate according to my source. Apart from this, one can just eat fruits and vegetables and drink lots of liquid especially natural fruit juices. Couple this with regular exercise and one can easily burn unwanted fats. Another way of burning unwanted fats leading to weight loss is to drink 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar with 1 tbsp of honey mixed in 1 glass of cold drinking water. Do this 3 times a day after every meal. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.
