Pork Roast

This is what we  are having for dinner, a pork roast.  I started  cooking the pork last night before I went to bed so that the meat will be so tender today.  Then I added some veggies this morning.  I loaded it up with carrots since I have lots of carrots from my garden.  Celery is also a great addition.  I chose not to add  potatoes this time for a chance.  I added  lemon grass and it just makes the taste and the smell so good!
The price of beef is  so  expensive nowadays that we started just buying pork , chicken and even incorporated  ground turkey as replacement for ground beef.
